The Calvert Pearson team is excited to give back to our community! Due to the large volume of requests we receive, the following guidelines and procedures have been established to help us support as many charitable organizations as possible. Please note that submitting the form below does not guarantee that a donation or sponsorship will be made. All requests will be carefully reviewed based on eligibility, community impact, and available funding.
• All donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted through our online form. Requests submitted via email, fax, mail or phone will not be considered.
• All requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event date to be considered.
• The online donation form must be filled out completely and must include an attachment in order for your request to be considered.
Helpful Hint:
It is recommended that your event is not centered on the anticipation of our donation item, but should be approached as a complementary element to your event. Many requests may not be able to be fulfilled due to the volume of requests we receive.

If your request was submitted successfully, you will receive an email regarding the donation request in 48 hours.
